“We’ve waited 4,833 days for this.

Party accordingly.” 

That’s not a typo, that’s literally how long these two have been together. Sydney and Marcus have twelve years of history together. TWELVE! They met in middle school and have been side by side ever since. To them, their relationship has always felt right even as middle schoolers! Being able to grow up together, face all of life’s new challenges, and build a new life together has been a blessing.

When talking about their story, this is what Sydney had to say:

“It funny because we look back on how this all started every now and then and one thing I remember is seeing him and thinking “yup I’m going to marry him one day.” I laugh because how did 12 year old me know that!? I like to think of our relationship as a book , I refer to our years as chapters when we get married we will be in chapter 13 and I’m super excited to see all it holds! We’ve gone through childhood , him joining the military, me going to college , deployments, first apartment, first pets , first home , and so much more ! Now here we are planning out wedding!”
