The first thing I learned about Steph is that she has the coolest job in the world. She is a lifestyle reporter for Studio512, a local lifestyle and entertainment show that airs on KXAN and the CW. The show is described as delivering the exciting, adventurous and awesome things that Austin has to offer!

“Studio512 is a place for inspiration, encouragement, balance and “real life” living. We help our audience plug in to the city’s best kept secrets and find out what’s up and coming”

Like I said, the coolest. My favorite part of the week is tuning in to her stories to see what she’s up to! A couple weeks ago she was at the circus, making flower crowns, and trying new fitness classes! So fun!

When Steph lived in Houston, she was a reporter on a lifestyle show similar to Studio512. She met Aaron when he was on her show with a few other firefighters! They were both involved in the same charity and saw each other at a few other events in town. Then they ended up going to Rodeo together, and stayed out until 3am talking that night. The rest is history!

When I asked Steph what they were most excited for on their wedding day, one phrase she said really stuck with me! She said:

“I’d say just being married…but, on the wedding day we can’t wait to make super special memories together with all our friends and family…pretty obvious answer but it’ll be one big melting pot of memories that night and one hell of a party.”

A melting pot of memories and a party to start this new season of marriage together…I can’t think of anything that fits these two better.

We’re so excited for their laid back mid-May wedding! They’ll be at The Alexander at Creek Road, where they’ll be staying with their friends and families over the weekend. It’s going to be a blast! May will be here before we know it!!
