I have been SO EXCITED to share this micro wedding with y’all because every single part of it was perfect! Roxcy said she imagined their wedding day to be chill, relaxing, and fun! It was nothing if those three things entirely. The property out in Lakeway (just North of Austin) was insane. Roxcy’s mom told us there was a recording studio in the same house they were getting ready in. The Dixie Chicks and Willy Nelson stayed there!!!

But first I need to introduce Gus, their dog. He is their adorable Frenchie, scroll down to see his cute face!

they had a trip planned to go to Argentina in March that had to be canceled thanks to COVID! It was all planned out with Roxcy’s family on a rooftop (!) but then Argentina stopped all flights. That night, they went to Roxcy’s parents’ house and she was face timing with Ian’s daughter. They were talking about her school possibly closing, when she held up a sign she drew that said “We love you.”

And then the next sign said “Look at Gus’ collar”. Roxcy was so confused then Ian walked out holding Gus with a ring tied to his collar with a tag that said Marry Me! SO SWEET!

To Roxcy and Ian: We feel so honored and lucky that we got to be one of the few people to attend your micro wedding! It was such a gorgeous day, and all of the details came together perfectly! Meeting your sweet family was such a joy, and special shoutout to Gus and Nana who we are still so obsessed with. We wish you nothing but the best in this new season of life! P.S. always down to go do an escape room, just hit us up…!

Intimate Austin Micro Wedding

Did you love Roxcy and Ian’s Austin micro wedding as much as I did? Every 2020 bride is wondering whether she should have a micro wedding (myself included), and it seemed to fit Roxcy and Ian perfectly!
