Where to begin with these two? We met Kelsey through a mutual friend shortly after they had decided to have a full wedding instead of a small elopement. Looking back on the whole celebration, we’re all so happy that was the decision that they made. We met Kelsey and Craig only a few short months before their wedding, and in those short months we got to know them very well. We quickly learned that they were the most generous, kind, determined people we’ve ever met! They were married surrounded by the people they love most, with soft pink and white roses against the stone and column at Austin Creekside.
As the saying goes, you get out of the world what you put into it. As long as we’ve known them, Kelsey and Craig have exuded nothing but unmatched kindness, generosity, and love. And that is what they received back on their wedding day. They spent the day surrounded and doted on by family and friends who clearly loved them to the moon and back. You could see clearly on Navi (the featured, shortest flower girl) how proud she was, sitting between her parents. We feel incredibly fortunate to have been able to document their wedding. Because of that experience, Navi is now our Turbo’s best friend, and Kelsey and Craig have become some of our most cherished.
Impacting peoples lives is the most important thing that we can possibly do as humans, and the opportunities for that span far past photographing a wedding. We love Kelsey and Craig (and Navi!) and are so grateful to have them in our lives, and we hope to have impacted their lives an ounce as much as they have profoundly impacted ours.
Beautiful blog post! It perfectly captures the beauty and warmth of that perfect day. LOVE!
