There are so many beautiful things to share about Keith and Kathy’s La Bonne Vie Ranch wedding day! It was the most gorgeous day in Fredericksburg, TX!

I first have to say it has been so wonderful getting to know these two and their sweet families over the last year! To give you an idea of how thoughtful and generous they all are: I got my very own corsage to wear on their wedding day. Which is the most thoughtful, kind thing that any family has ever done for me. I felt so included and valued, and that is the very best way to capture a wedding day, my friends! 

Okay now I just have to tell you Keith & Kathy’s proposal story before you see how gorgeous their wedding day was! Because it will give you so much detail on why everything was absolutely perfect!

In Keith’s own words:

“We went hiking to one of our favorite places, Enchanted Rock. I chose this place because Kathy is the rock in my life and it only seemed fitting to commit to this extraordinary woman in such a magical place. 

We got to the top of the mountain and had a picnic lunch like we always did looking out over the beautiful Texas hill country. As we got ready to go back down the mountain Kathy stood up and I got on one knee.

She turned around and I opened the ring box and said…

‘I thought of a million places to do this and decided on this place because you are the rock in my life. You are the best thing in my life and you always bring the best out of me. I am so happy to have you in my life and can’t imagine life with out you. You are the most caring, loving, beautiful woman. Katherinn Buritica will you MARRY ME?’ 

Of course this whole time Kathy was in shock just saying, ‘Oh my god, is this really happening?’ with her cute nervous laughter. She eventually composed herself and said YES with lots of kisses !!”

Their story gets me every time!!! 

Keith and Kathy, AJ and I are so grateful to have been a part of your best day ever!! You are surrounded by family and friends that love and support you so much. And it was such a privilege getting to know you all! We wish you nothing but the very best in this new season of life, and hope we see you again so soon!
